Senior Account Manager for Entertainment Industry
A seasoned professional is required to join our client services team as a senior account manager. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about the arts and entertainment industry, with excellent communication skills and experience in managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clients & Project Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, developing strong relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
* Campaign Execution: Oversee all aspects of client campaigns including creative development, production, content creation, reporting, and agency services.
* Paid & Organic Media: Lead paid media campaigns, including delivery, performance tracking, optimization, and analysis.
* Content Strategy: Develop and lead content strategies, including proactive content ideas and planning.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations.
About You:
We're looking for someone with:
* Experience: 3+ years in advertising or marketing, preferably servicing theatrical, arts, or entertainment clients.
* Skills: Strong understanding of cross-platform campaigns, including digital media. Excellent client relationship skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
* Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social platforms.
