Fresh & Clean are looking for the next Sales Superstar to join our Melbourne team.

As one of the largest providers of Washroom Hygiene, Sanitary, First Aid and Medical Waste services, you will have the ability to showcase a number of solutions to your customers.

Having all of Victoria as your sales territory, you will have the freedom to build a strong pipeline through new business development and from our existing customer portfolio.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll be working with our well-established Service and Sales Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline and relationships with both new and existing customers where you will be a true ambassador for Fresh & Clean and offer the right solutions to our customer's needs.

The Fresh & Clean branch is based in Oakleigh South, and you will be required to attend monthly branch meetings and training sessions.

In this role you will be:

* Planning face to face appointments with customers each week for prospecting new business (B2B)
* Maintaining and updating your pipeline using Salesforce
* Maintaining good client relationships by delivering on your promises
* Work in conjunction with Service and Customer Care Teams to ensure the best customer experience
* Participate in regular Sales training, reviews and planning meetings
* Achieving monthly sales targets

Key skills and experience required:

* Previous demonstrated B2B sales experience
* Have the passion and energy to cold call and prospect
* Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook
* Confidence in use of Salesforce or other CRM platform
* A valid, unrestricted Australian driving licence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional presentation, time management, written and verbal communication skills
