Role Summary
Audit Seniors are key contributors to our Assurance and Advisory function. This role involves working with diverse clients and stakeholders, managing audit engagements, and contributing to team success.
This position is ideal for professionals seeking a challenging career in auditing, where they can apply their technical skills and expertise to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
* Documenting audit tests and findings for significant and complex areas
* Identifying and addressing technical accounting and audit issues
* Reviewing financial statements for compliance with Accounting Standards and preparing reports and opinions for management
* Coordinating multiple audit engagements simultaneously with engagement team members
* Supporting team leadership, including training, mentoring, and methodology compliance
Key Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in auditing or a related field
* Experience in managing various projects and supervising team members
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* CA qualified or near-qualified status
* A passion for teamwork and client service
* Knowledge of Australian (or International) Auditing Standards and the Australian Corporations Act
* A strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
* A commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
