About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Content Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex technical content into clear and engaging messaging that drives brand awareness and engagement across Australia and the US.
* Develop quarterly communication plans and align content calendars with product launches, campaigns, seasonal events, and business objectives.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to shape and advise on impactful campaigns.
* Create and maintain a library of marketing content assets, including case studies, technical documentation, product sheets, email series, blog posts, and social media stories.
Key Responsibilities
* Owning the messaging and overseeing content creation across multiple brands and campaigns.
* Identifying key target audiences, defining core messaging, and selecting appropriate communication channels.
* Using tools like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign to build smart content workflows.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in content and communications.
* Ideal background in B2C or eCommerce, transitioning to B2B while maintaining end-user connections.
* Experience in product marketing is a plus, with a talent for translating complex content into clear and engaging messaging.
* Comfortable using CRM platforms and automation tools like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
* Self-driven and organized, with a strong ability to take initiative and build effective systems for gathering and managing information.
