Key Retail Sales Assistant Position
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic sales professional to join our team as a Key Retail Sales Assistant. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, operating Point-of-Sale devices, collecting and sorting donations, and assisting with visual merchandising and store presentation.
* Retail sales experience is not essential but highly regarded, however you must have strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding results in a rewarding retail environment.
* You will work closely with our Store Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store, provide an inspiring in-store experience for customers and community members, and contribute to achieving our sales targets.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include:
* Retail sales and operation of Point-of-Sale devices.
* Collecting, sorting and pricing donations in store.
* Assisting in the development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation.
* Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
* Displaying stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure.
* FOLLOWING OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY AND PROCEDURES.
* Demonstrating TSA core values in all work-related activities.
Requirements
