Be a part of this dynamic growing business! We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, organised and forward-thinking Office Administration Manager to support our Administration team here in the Sunshine Coast.

THE ROLE

Directly reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the day to day running of a labour hire recruitment business. This is a fast-paced industry where a quick-thinking problem solver will thrive.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting Management & coordination of HR processes & administration
- Occupational Health and Safety Management
- Workers Compensation coordination & administration
- Quality management of policies, procedures, office systems and licences
- Client and Employment contracts
- Ensuring systems and processes run smoothly
- Co-ordinate with Suppliers for recent and existing business systems
- Assisting all areas of the business as directed
- Office management, including organisation of suppliers

About You
- Prior experience in an Office Management, HR or Recruitment management role
- A positive can do attitude with ability to problem solve and work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- You are proactive and show drive
- Be self motivated and open to opportunity
