About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, motivated individual to join our friendly close-knit Resource Planning team in the 2026 new year.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Recruiting suitable candidates for shutdown and project works
* Plan and organize manning for scheduled shutdowns and project work
* Onboarding of new employees
* Mobilization to sites, as per site specific compliances
* Data Entry and Filing
* Monitoring and updating employee records
* Answer and direct overflow phone calls
* Booking medicals, training and flights, when required
* General office duties as required
* Ability to work in a busy environment and able to multi-task
* Has attention to detail
* Can work effectively in high pressure situations
* Can think ahead approaching upcoming tasks without being prompted
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous two years' experience working in a similar role, ongoing training will be provided
* Previous experience using Rapid Crews, preferred but not essential
