Join a dynamic team at Toll People, a leading provider of warehousing and distribution solutions located in Welshpool. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Pick Packers.
The Role
Experienced Pick Packers.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately pick and pack products based on order specifications.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure all orders meet standards.
* Organise and maintain the warehouse to ensure a clean, safe work environment.
* Assist with stock control, inventory counts, and re-stocking when required.
* Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Skills & Experience
* Available and unrestricted to work up to 38 hours per week.
* Prior experience in warehousing or pick/packing is essential.
* Familiarity with RF scanning or voice‐directed picking is essential.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment.
* Physical ability to repetitively lift and move packages up to 15kg.
* Ability to consistently hit picking and packing rates.
* A good attitude and willingness to learn.
* Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
