Role Description
This is a casual employment, on-site role for a Guest Services Associate based in Ultimo, NSW. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Daily responsibilities include front desk management, handling check-ins and check-outs, Cafe management, addressing guest concerns promptly, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
* Experience in Guest Services and delivering exceptional Customer Service
* Skills in handling Reservations and managing guest inquiries
* Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Proficiency in using hotel management systems is a plus - (Opera, Opera Cloud or MEWS)
* Prior experience in hospitality or a related industry is required
