That's where you come in.The RoleAs an Account Manager, you'll own a book of warm, engaged customers—users of one of the most recognisable SaaS platforms on the market.
You'll work across industries, identifying new use cases, expansion paths, and opportunities for growth.Be the commercial point of contact for your accountsDeepen relationships with current users and key stakeholdersSpot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and act on themPartner with the Customer Success team to deliver value that drives renewals and upgradesTrack key metrics, reduce churn risk, and help clients fall deeper in love with the productReport on performance and pipeline while building strategic account plansThis isn't firefighting support.
