ILM Sydney seeks an individual with excellent organizational skills and a customer service background to support the smooth running and maintenance of our facilities.
* This is a general reception role involving mail management, courier bookings, visitor access control, responding to inquiries and directing them as necessary.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new starters including liaison with HR/IT, organizing starter kits and Disney Studio Australia passes, etc.
* They will assist in coordinating staff social events and screenings along with managing supplies ordering inventory restocking pantry materials first aid kits office equipment overtime meals etc. providing support to other teams when required.
