Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated technical professional to join our collaborative and supportive team in Sydney, Australia.
This role will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service across all levels of the business with an emphasis on efficiency, personalization, and professionalism.
* Identify and proactively resolve IT issues for Sydney offices ensuring minimal disruption.
* Provide first and second-level hardware and software support services aligning with industry standards.
* Adhere to established processes and document procedures accordingly to ensure consistency.
* Making recommendations on upgrades and replacements when necessary to maintain optimal system performance.
* Proactively build the IT brand via local delivery of customer-facing technology initiatives driving engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position with expertise in Windows 11, MS Office 365, Citrix, Azure, Audio and Visual, SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow.
