They are now seeking a Senior Architect to lead significant projects from DA through to construction. You’ll act as project leader – coordinating architecture, interiors and landscape, managing client relationships, and overseeing quality, budgets and program across the full lifecycle of complex, design-led projects. You’ll join a collaborative Sydney studio where leaders remain hands-on, teams are supported, and design integrity is non-negotiable. It’s an ideal step for a technically strong architect ready to take on more project, client and team leadership while still staying close to the work. What You’ll Do Lead multi-residential and mixed-use projects from DA through documentation, tender and construction Take on the role of Project Lead – overseeing scope, programme, quality, fee and client satisfaction Coordinate integrated services (architecture, interior, landscape) into a cohesive design outcome Manage day-to-day project activities: forecasting, resourcing, progress reporting and risk management Lead client communication, presentations and workshops; build long-term client relationships and repeat work Direct and review documentation across all phases, ensuring clarity, buildability and design consistency Oversee construction phase services – RFIs, site inspections, shop drawing review and defect resolution Mentor project teams and graduates, providing clear direction, feedback and support for their development What You’ll Bring 10 years’ professional experience, including delivery of complex multi-residential projects Registered Architect (or close to registration), ideally with DBP registration in NSW Track record as Project Architect / Project Leader running projects from DA through to completion Strong capability across project planning & design, documentation and construction phase services Confident client leadership skills with the ability to manage expectations, negotiate and maintain trust Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams and managing approvals pathways Solid understanding of NCC/BCA, relevant planning controls and multi-residential standards A collaborative leadership style – able to motivate teams, give clear direction and support others to perform at their best About the Studio This nationally recognised, design-led practice has spent more than three decades shaping the built environment through residential, cultural, education and civic projects.
