Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key point of contact, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, using your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships and provide tailored solutions to their needs.
You'll also be responsible for processing rental agreements accurately, promoting additional products, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
