Job Title: Team Roster Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Team Roster Coordinator to join our team in Caloundra. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing rosters for over 100 support staff across various programs.
About the Role:
The Team Roster Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring seamless service delivery by coordinating scheduling, leave management, and communication with staff and participants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage complex rosters for multiple programs
* Juggle planned and last-minute changes to ensure all shifts are covered
* Communicate effectively with staff and participants to keep everyone informed and supported
* Process timesheets and invoices, book fleet vehicles, and maintain accurate records
* Provide expert scheduling solutions and support after-hours service delivery
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in rostering or scheduling, preferably with MYP or similar systems
* Strong administrative skills and digital literacy, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
* A calm, patient, and professional approach to handle high volumes and pressure
* The ability to work autonomously and build strong relationships with support workers
