The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated 3rd or 4th year student (or recent graduate) to support a high-impact market research and lead intelligence project.
You'll be building real commercial datasets used directly in business development, marketing strategy, and client acquisition.
The candidate will have the opportunity to shape and influence Engi Advisory working alongside the Director

What You'll Be Doing
You'll work closely with the Director and gain exposure to how professional advisory firms grow.
Key responsibilities include:
* Researching Australian civil construction companies by state
* Analysis of companies by size, capability, and maturity
* Building clean, structured datasets and analysis
* Maintaining high data quality and accuracy standards
* Contributing insights on patterns and opportunities you observe
Your work will directly support:
* Targeted marketing campaigns
* Strategic outreach
Who This Role Is Ideal For
You'll be a great fit if you are:
* A 3rd or 4th year student in:
o Engineering
o Data science / Analytics
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working independently with clear outcomes
* Confident using tools like:
o LinkedIn
o Excel / Google Sheets
o Is proficient in most embedded programming languages e.g python, C, C++ etc
o Online research platforms
Bonus (not required):
* Interest in construction, infrastructure, or professional services
* Experience with data tools, CRM systems or CD/IC platform, or research platforms
