Customer Experience Manager
The Customer Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the store team.
This part-time position involves working closely with the Store Manager to maintain an inviting store appearance, build a strong team, manage inventory, create a welcoming vibe, and provide friendly service that creates unforgettable moments for customers.
About The Role
* Support daily operations to maintain an inviting store atmosphere and appearance.
* Assist with inventory management and stock control.
* Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and engagement.
* Assist with payroll, rostering, and liquor inventory management as required.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments and an interest in learning about products. They should enjoy talking with customers, be focused on delivering an excellent customer experience, and possess strong admin and organizational skills.
They will also be motivated by hitting store goals and boosting sales, and may have RSA certification (or willingness to obtain one).
