We are currently seeking an organised and customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to join our Brisbane team. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless customer journey, supporting both sales and operations by managing customer call-ups, coordinating installation and delivery schedules, and handling service and warranty enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer call-ups to support sales, installations, and follow-ups
* Coordinate and schedule installation appointments and product deliveries
* Liaise with installers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate scheduling
* Handle service and warranty enquiries, including logging requests and coordinating resolutions
* Maintain accurate customer records and job details through SAP
* Provide professional customer service throughout the sales and post-installation process
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks and order processing as required

Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an internal sales, sales support, or coordination role (preferred)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident phone manner with excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and SAP (advantageous but not essential)
* Experience in construction, or energy/solar industries (advantageous but not essential)
