Director I Innovation I People Leader I Advisor I Strategy & DesignThe Role Our client, a leading industry association, is seeking a dynamic and experienced GTO Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their Apprenticeship Services department. This role is critical to the strategic growth, operational excellence, and compliance of their Group Training Organisation (GTO), and plays a key role in apprentice recruitment, host employer engagement, and safety management.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic and operational planning for the Apprenticeship Services departmentOversee apprentice/trainee recruitment, placement, safety, coaching, and retentionLead host employer sales initiatives and relationship managementEnsure compliance with all GTO and WHS legislation and regulationsManage budgets, reporting, funding applications, and contractual obligationsLead and develop a high-performing teamMaintain CRM and ensure accurate documentation and reportingBuild partnerships with key stakeholders including TAFE, Department of Education, and Training Services NSWAbout YouYou're a results-driven leader with a passion for vocational education, youth employment, and building strong industry relationships.
