About the Role
You will be responsible for running an efficient warehouse, preparing daily jobs for installers, managing stock, and coordinating with the sales and installation teams to ensure each job has the correct equipment. Once the installers are set up for the day you will be performing basic computer admin.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, check, and store incoming goods and materials
* Pick orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse and office environment
* Manage stocktakes and inventory control
* Operate a walk‑behind forklift
* Prepare installer orders for morning collections each day
* Liaise with sales and install teams to confirm correct equipment is ordered for each job
* Deliver missing equipment to sites as needed
About You
* Previous warehouse or stores experience (preferred, not essential)
* HVAC or solar industry experience highly valued even if you don't have warehouse experience
* Confident with computers and inventory/data entry systems
* Strong attention to detail, reliable, and well‑organised
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Drivers licence
