Overview
Goodstart Early Learning is a not‑for‑profit organization dedicated to providing high quality early learning programs across Queensland. We are seeking a passionate Senior Educator to join our Mossman centre, where you will play a key role in shaping children's learning experiences and supporting a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Educator, you will be a dedicated team player, collaborating with peers to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programmes. You will put safety first, ensuring inclusive learning experiences that respond to all children's needs.
Qualifications
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Senior Educator level)
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality StandardsPassion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom, engaging educators, families and children to implement the educational programme
* Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
* Share best‑practice examples to enhance the education program
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
