Job Title
A Sales Coordinator is required to join our dynamic team, working closely with the sales team to lock in conferences, events, and weddings across 64 spectacular venues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Action inbound enquiries, allocate tasks and keep CRM systems up to date.
2. Organise travel bookings, purchase orders and art briefs.
3. Draft quotes and contracts as needed.
4. Keep templates up to date, conduct site inspections when required and attend trade shows, famils and events.
5. Assist with weekly and monthly reporting, take minutes at sales meetings and make outbound telemarketing calls as needed.
6. Provide VIP treatments, coordinate and organise site inspections and familiarization visits.
7. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to promote professionally and maximise sales opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Possess a strong administration and organisational background.
* High proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to prioritise and problem solve.
