Marketing specialist - product (melbourne)

We have an opportunity for a Marketing Specialist - Product to join the Development Marketing team at Stockland.

In this role you will be focusing on developing and executing marketing strategies for Stockland's development product, these include but are not limited to Display Villages, House & Land and Townhomes, across Melbourne for our Masterplanned Development business.

You'll ensure the effective promotion and positioning of these products to support the delivery of Stockland's vision and outcomes, and actively maintain enquiry and sales momentum.

• Support the delivery and execution of key product marketing activities to ensure state and community project goals are achieved against marketing targets
• Collaborate with Marketing Specialists - Development to monitor and guide the product marketing communication initiatives and effectiveness at a local level
• Develop and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, and key builder partners, to deliver on initiatives that leverage the Stockland brand, driving new enquiry, and supports the achievement of sales targets and conversion for the business
• Ensure all content is consistent with Stockland's brand guidelines and messaging
• Analyse, interpret and recommend conduct reporting by providing data-driven insights on identified trends, customer needs and preferences, product gaps, design and development of future product, and competitive analysis, to enable technical direction to local Builder Partners, Sales, Development and Marketing team to enhance Stockland's development product across communities, with the mindset to improve and optimise marketing channels

• Appropriate tertiary qualification
• Relevant experience in a marketing or product role
• Property industry background with another developer, home builder or similar
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including marketing planning, communication and implementation
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
