Home care workers play a vital role in helping older members of our community maintain their independence at home. This position requires individuals who can build positive relationships with clients and their families, providing assistance with daily tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general housekeeping and make beds
* Clean, mop, and vacuum floors
* Wash, fold, and iron laundry
* Prepare meals and shop for groceries
* Assist clients with mobility and therapy goals
* Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia
* Offer social and emotional support
* Transport clients to lifestyle activities or appointments
