Role: Casual Early Childhood Educator
Location: Muswellbrook, NSW
Centre: Goodstart Muswellbrook
Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm
Pay: $39 - $43 per hour based on experience

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a flexible, team‐oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child receives enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
* Engage and supervise the children at all times
* Maintain a safe setting for children, families and team members
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Qualifications
* CertificateIII in Children's Services or equivalent
