Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist

This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with team leadership. Whether you're an established leader or looking to step into a leadership role for the first time, we'll support your growth every step of the way.
You'll:
Manage a caseload of NDIS participants and deliver high-quality therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to early career clinicians.
Support team operations including scheduling, referral allocation, and workflow optimisation.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Stay up to date with NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Qualified Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with current AHPRA or SPA registration.
Strong clinical skills and a passion for mentoring others.
Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role.
Commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice.
