The Role
Our Hobart site manufactures a range of products using fresh milk sourced from Tasmanian dairy farms. With a production volume of around 33 million litres every year, operating six days a week and employing approximately 50 people, this is a unique chance to make a meaningful impact.
As the Inventory Co-ordinator, you will oversee reporting, including cost management, budgeting, waste reduction, and inventory optimisation. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
* Generate weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports through SAP
* Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly site results of loss and waste, and collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies for wastage reduction and cost savings
* Provide in-depth analysis and commentary on the site's Profit and Loss statement
* Manage inventory accurately, ensuring timely invoicing and raising purchase orders via SAP
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess tertiary qualifications in accounting, engineering, or another analytical field. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, SAP, and SharePoint is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
