Senior Manager Organisational Design
You will lead a team of organisational design specialists who support the development and execution of organisational structures and operating models across the business. They will oversee the delivery of expert advisory services, covering everything from operating model design and job profiling to capability definition and role design.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, offering practical advice on how to align workforce planning with organisational design. Your team will help create job profiles, define capabilities, and develop tools that make it easier for leaders and teams to adapt to new ways of working.
