Sheforce is seeking a Health Safety Environmental & Quality Advisor (HSEQ) playing a key role in strengthening safety culture across our client's sites and teams. You'll lead site engagements, support our safety systems, and help drive continuous improvement across all divisions while building strong relationships with staff, contractors and stakeholders.

HSEQ Administration
* Provide administrative support to HSEQ team and site operations
* Assist in communication and delivery of safety initiatives
* Support training and induction programs with documentation and reporting
* Maintain and update HSEQ management systems, databases, and records
* Generate regular HSEQ reports and dashboards for management
* Support compliance with legislation, standards, company procedures and certifications
Return to Work Coordination
* Manage injured worker cases and support rehabilitation plans
* Liaise with workers, medical providers, insurers, and supervisors
* Monitor progress of return-to-work plans and update records
* Facilitate modified duties and workplace adjustments as required
* Ensure all documentation meets legislative and organisational requirements
* Effective communication and influencing skills (verbal and written).
* Ability to build and nurture internal and external relationships.
* Ability to work autonomously and concurrently be target driven.
* Ability to plan and organise workflow to meet administration requirements, deadlines, and organisation requirements, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities as required.

What We're Looking For
* Minimum Cert IV in WHS
* Previous experience working with tier 1 or 2 commercial builders will be highly desirable.
* Experience in workplace and contractor safety management processes is desirable, but not essential.
* Well-developed understanding of the interpretation of Health Safety & Environment legislation.
* Experience in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
* Strong communication and subcontractor management skills
* Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
