Within the Gladstone and Banana Allied Health Clinical Network, you'll collaborate across a diverse and skilled group of professions including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Nutrition and Dietetics, Psychology and Social Work, alongside Allied Health Assistants and Administration Officers. You'll also be part of services that make a real impact in specialised areas like developmental paediatrics and cancer care.
About the role:
You will take the reins on service delivery, ensuring care across the network is safe, streamlined and future-focused. From workforce planning to skill mix, shape a service that's built for today,and ready for tomorrow.
Go beyond just maintaining services, you will elevate them. You will drive innovation, champion modern models of care, and lead the charge on clinical governance and quality, ensuring the highest standards are not just met, but exceeded. At the strategic level, your voice will matter. You'll provide trusted, timely advice to executive leaders, helping steer key decisions and shape the direction of health services across the region.
About you:
Hold qualifications and registration with the appropriate registration authority to practice in any of the following:
Occupational Therapy
Physiotherapy
Social Work
Speech Pathology
Nutrition and Dietetics
Registration with the appropriate Allied Health registration authority or in the case of Social Workers, Speech Pathologists or Dieticians, eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or Dieticians Association of Australia (DAA) is mandatory for this position.
While not mandatory, possession or progression towards a management qualification would be highly regarded.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $172,615 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $73.12 - $76.30 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
