We’re seeking a passionate HR Coordinator/Advisor to join a dynamic team in Bayswater. This is a true generalist role, giving you ownership of the full employee lifecycle and the autonomy to shape HR practices while working closely with the HR Manager.

About the Role
- Partner with production, manufacturing, sales, and service teams to deliver people solutions
- Lead all aspects of HR: ER/IR case management, recruitment, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters
- Champion learning and development across leadership, management, and OHS capability uplift
- Support engagement initiatives to maintain a robust, connected culture
- Use BambooHR to streamline HR processes
- Build relationships across all levels and ensure HR has a strong, respected voice
About You
You’re a proactive self-starter, motivated to make an impact. You may be an experienced HR Coordinator ready to step up, or an HR Advisor seeking more autonomy. You’re confident in:
- Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Building trusted relationships across stakeholders
- Handling ER/IR matters with fairness and professionalism
- Driving cultural initiatives and continuous improvement
