Happy Realty is seeking a high-performing Real Estate Sales Representative to join our Canning Vale office. This role is suited to a driven sales professional capable of generating consistent listing volume through structured prospecting and disciplined pipeline management within a regulated real estate agency framework in accordance with WA legislation. This is not an entry-level role.
Responsibilities
* Consistently self-generate listings through structured prospecting systems
* Maintain measurable pipeline growth and conversion ratios
* Manage end-to-end residential transactions
* Demonstrate disciplined CRM usage and reporting
* Contribute to team-based production targets
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years full-time residential sales experience
* Demonstrated annual production track record (GCI evidence required)
* Strong compliance awareness within regulated industries
* Ability to operate in KPI-measured environments
* Long-term commitment to career progression within agency leadership pathways
Remuneration
* Guaranteed base salary: $90,000 per annum + superannuation
* High performance commission structure
