Recruitment Select is currently seeking a logistical all‑rounder to join the Stores Department at our client's production facility in Albury. This role involves working both indoors and outdoors and covers all warehouse functions, from Goods Receiving through to Despatch. The position operates Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm and has the potential to transition to a permanent role after the qualifying period for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to safety standards.
· Work collaboratively within a team to meet daily/weekly targets.
· Ensure quality standards and take pride in your work.
· Maintain a safety-first attitude and follow all safety protocols.
· Receiving and storing materials in a safe and organised manner.
· Picking and packing orders for dispatch.
· Managing inventory and stock levels.
· Liaise daily with management and team members to coordinate and allocate stock for dispatch.
· Performing regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
· General warehousing duties.

Qualifications & Experience:
· A current and valid Forklift Licence with proven experience is essential.
· Previous Warehouse/Stores experience.
The selection process will include an interview, medical assessment (including drug and alcohol screening), a functional assessment, and the ability to pass a clear police check.
