Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to recommence their apprenticeship to be a qualified professional and obtain a nationally recognised trade qualification. We are seeking a motivated and reliable first or second year Apprentice Plumber to join our team commencing January 2026 on a term contract, full-time basis. Throughout this apprenticeship, you will receive on-the-job training and be completing a Certificate III in Plumbing. Your fourth year will be a purely practical experience. During this apprenticeship, you will be working with, and supported by qualified tradespeople.
The salaries and conditions of employment are in accordance with the Blacktown City Council Enterprise Agreement.
Responsibilities / What you will do
Participate as a first or second year Apprentice Plumber while completing a Certificate III in Plumbing.
Receive on-the-job training and work with, and be supported by, qualified tradespeople.
Contribute to delivering high-quality, customer-focused services and facilities.
Who can apply
Currently in your 1st or 2nd year of Certificate III in Plumbing
Ability to obtain a class C driver's licence when able to
Australian citizen or be eligible to work in Australia (evidence required)
