The Opportunity
You will work across a broad generalist practice and manage your own files, dealing directly with clients in a collaborative environment.
* Property and conveyancing matters
* Wills, estates and probate
* Family law (parenting and property settlements)
* Commercial and SME advisory work
* General civil matters (depending on experience)
About You
* A junior‐mid level lawyer with 3+ years' post‐admission experience (PAE) and an unrestricted practising certificate.
* A senior lawyer with 15+ years' experience seeking a stable, flexible, or reduced‐pressure role in a boutique practice.
You will ideally have
* Broad generalist experience across multiple areas of law.
* Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
* Ability to manage matters independently from start to finish.
* A practical, solutions‐focused mindset.
