What You'll Do
* Lead financial control and month-end close processes across multiple entities.
* Ensure compliance with AASB/IFRS standards and deliver accurate management accounts.
* Oversee cash flow, treasury operations, and intercompany transactions.
* Manage rental asset accounting and maintain inventory registers.
* Mentor and guide an offshore accounting team to deliver high-quality outputs.
* Drive process improvements and system integrity across platforms like Xero, AroFlo, Cin7, Intellievent, Power BI, and Excel.
* Act as the primary liaison for auditors, tax agents, and banks.
What You Bring
* 3-4 years of experience in financial management or accounting leadership.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CPA/CA preferred).
* Proven ability to manage remote teams and multi‐entity operations.
* Confidence using tools like Xero, Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
* A proactive mindset with strong judgment under pressure.
