We are on the lookout for experienced, self-led Personal Care Assistants / Support Workers to join the passionate care team for aged care and disability clients located in Bacchus Marsh and Melton
Must have a positive can-do attitude, be reliable, confident & flexible with start and finish times
* CAR & licence is mandator y & must be appropriate for transporting clients for outings
* Must have an NDIS worker screening check OR willing to obtain one
* Working with Children Check

Responsibilities
* Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
* Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
* Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
* Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly .
* Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

Skills & Experience
* Passionate about making a difference.
* A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success.
* Coachable
* Previous caregiving experience is an asset.
* Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset
* Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
* Reliable way to get to and from the client's homes.
Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience
* CAR & licence is mandatory & must be appropriate for transporting clients for outings
* National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
* NDIS Worker Screener Clearance

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
