Are you a quality-driven professional ready to lead and inspire? We're seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across the business
* Maintain and improve ISO, HACCP and Organic and other certifications
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
* Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold product and process quality
* Mentor and support the quality team to achieve operational excellence
About You
* Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior QA/QC role
* Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 22716, HACCP, GMP)
* Direct hands-on experience with HACCP certification is essential
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience in the essential oils, aroma chemicals, or vegetable oils industry is preferred but not essential.
