The IT Recruitment Business Development Manager will be a strong communicator with a proven track record in IT Recruitment Business Development and Account Management.
The ideal candidate will be creative in meeting or exceeding both company and personal targets by selling a full suite of service offerings including consulting, professional, managed, and project services.The IT Recruitment Business Development Manager will build and define business within the ACT marketplace, leveraging networks and strengthening relationships with mid to C-level/VP decision makers.This is a client-facing sales role with no delivery responsibilities, supported by an established internal team of professionals in delivery, consulting, and pre-sales, ensuring service delivery to Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, allowing genuine services to be sold.Responsibilities:Understand customer's business drivers, technical issues, and procurement processes to position Green Light as the best market value provider.Develop and maintain relationships with senior and C-level/VP executives, understanding their strategic priorities to develop a roadmap of initiatives.Apply effective sales methodologies to understand customer needs and secure their business.Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure qualification and consistency of service delivery across all lines.Requirements:Background in IT Sales or IT Recruitment, delivering Staff Augmentation solutions.Ability to build compelling business cases and demonstrate Green Light's value to solve customer problems through targeted interactions with decision makers.Subject matter expertise in technology sales with a detailed understanding of client business models, economics, and value drivers.Proven success in identifying client problems and creating business value by engaging at appropriate organizational levels.Strong business acumen and financial skills, with a history of managing a healthy sales pipeline.Ability to develop and nurture internal and external networks.Experience in achieving successful outcomes through collaboration.Green Light is a rapidly growing IT services provider, offering services in Security, Infrastructure, and Systems Integration across Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia, North America, and Europe.We are committed to inclusivity.
