About the Role
As the Senior Knowledge Communications Advisor youll play a pivotal role in shaping how the Water Group (and other areas as required) communicate internally and educates externally. Youll lead the development and delivery of engaging internal communications and impactful water education initiatives that resonate with diverse stakeholders. With a strong focus on digital excellence youll also ensure our communication channels are governed with best practice aligned with NSW Government standards and continuously improved to enhance customer experience
About You
* Youre a strategic communicator with experience in internal communications digital content and stakeholder engagement.
* You translate complex information into clear user-focused messaging across digital platforms.
* You manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines and budgets.
* You understand governance and best practice for digital channels aligned with NSW Government standards.
* You build strong relationships to improve communication and education outcomes.
* You lead and support junior staff to ensure consistent high-quality delivery.
* You stay across industry trends to anticipate needs and improve services.
* You contribute to cohesive communication strategies and foster collaborative working relationships.

DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment communities and industry.
