Facilities Management Career Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in a private property group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Centre to a high level of cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring all maintenance/operations meet insurance, workplace health and safety requirements, and managing the FM operations budget.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of commercial facilities management compliance, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

About This Role
* Maintain the Centre to a high level of cleanliness and maintenance
* Keep the Centre's plant and equipment in good order and repair
* Ensure all maintenance/operations meet insurance, workplace health and safety requirements
* Good administrative office skills
* Maintenance, cleaning and security contractor coordination/management, sourcing quotes for work
* Ensure contractors are inducted correctly
* Manage the FM operations budget
* Monitor and maintain programs to reduce electricity, water and other service wastage
What We Are Looking For
* Strong understanding of commercial facilities management compliance
* Excellent administrative skills
* Ability to work autonomously
* Experience working within Retail / Shopping Centre environment preferred but not essential
