Technical Sales Manager - Mobile Crusher & Screens

Job Opportunity –
In this role, you will be replacing a long-term staff member that has been working this territory for over 5 years. He leaves behind many major accounts. Along with business relationships that have supported the brand, and the equipment delivered to all major and local customers. Your focus will be targeting the quarry markets. The business relays on its relationship and its critical that you not only come from quarry industry but you understand the technical operations so you can talk with customers about train set up, Agg flow and sizing of the material. Even though this role is about sales there is a large level of technical application that come with this. Customer will shoot you down if you don't know what you're talking about. We have seen many individuals come into the market and if you don't understand crushing screening the learning curve is to long for you to grasp quickly.
You will cover all of NSW and ACT and you will travel the entire state, you must be open to travel to remote destinations and provide expert advice to customers in the far reaches of New South Wales.

The company also provides hire of this equipment, aftermarket parts and services which you can also sell on. You're going to be selling to huge variety clients but you're mainly going to be focusing on quarries, mineral processing yards, bulk material handling, heavy construction clients.
With yearly conferences and company events you need to have the freedom to travel on the rep that works there he has clocked up over 100,000k for the year, which will give you and understanding of travel.
Candidate Requirements
* 5 + years in Selling Fixed Plant / Mobile or Crushers.
* Strong technical mechanical background
* AGG Flow Exp
* You MUST have strong Contacts within NSW into Quarry Sites.
* Willingness to travel and create new relationships through cold calling
* National & International travel.

* $120,000 to $130,000 Base Salary
