What You'll Be Doing:
* Create genuine connections with customers and help them find products they love
* Share your product knowledge and enthusiasm to drive sales
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
* Process stock deliveries and keep the store looking fresh and full
* Operate registers with speed and accuracy
* Work as part of a high-performing team to meet store targets
* Follow safety and operational procedures to keep things running smoothly
* Take part in training and coaching to sharpen your skills
What We're Looking For:
* A love for retail, fashion, or sport-and a great attitude
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
* Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
* Availability across weekdays, weekends, and key trading days (including Boxing Day & New Year's)
* Reliability, energy, and a willingness to learn
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
