Your Role
* 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth – a great work-life balance
* Hands-on leadership across a tight-knit team
* Ownership of dining operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service
* Build strong client relationships and represent 28 Villages on-site
* Accountable for ordering, stock control, budgets, mentoring and training
* Get creative with buffet-style menus for Breakfast, Crib, Lunch, Dinner & Desserts
* Drive excellence in food presentation, flavour and flair
* Maintain high standards in food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance
* Keep wastage low and quality high through smart catering controls
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Head Chef
* A passion for great food—and the creativity to keep things exciting
* Experience in bulk catering or similar environments
* Strong understanding of kitchen operations, menu writing, cost control & rostering
* Commitment to safe, hygienic work practices
Role Requirements
* Chef Qualification - Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
* Food Safety Supervisor
* Ability to pass medical and drug/alcohol screening
* National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
