As a proud, family-owned business committed to client satisfaction, efficiency, and community support, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and help drive our continued growth.
Position: Office Manager
Location: Bendigo VIC 3550
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily office operations and manage administrative staff
* Develop and implement internal systems, documentation, and reporting tools
* Manage scheduling, client communication, invoicing, and supplier coordination
* Monitor budgets, expenses, and prepare internal reports
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes
* Ensure compliance with WHS and internal quality standards
* Liaise with technicians, clients, and leadership for smooth operations
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum Diploma in Business Management or related qualification (AQF Level 5)
* At least 3 years' experience in office management or administration
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
* Experience in a service-based industry (e.g. trades, plumbing, or maintenance) preferred
* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
