About The Role
You will assess community member needs and determine suitable financial assistance (emergency relief) and/or referrals as an Emergency Relief Assessor.
This is a casual position located in Darwin, NT.
You will report to the Site Coordinator and collaborate with the team to ensure our clients receive excellent support.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop relationships with clients to promote self-determination, participation, and support them to improve their situation.
* Conduct interviews and assessments for emergency relief (ER) with community members over the phone in line with Doorways guidelines.
* Determine the assistance to be provided in accordance with Doorways standards of practice.
