Prepare a range of dishes in a high-volume production settingFollow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standardsExecute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentationMaintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen areaEnsure HACCP and WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards including conducting temperature and quality checks and effectively managing cross-contamination More about you Previous experience as a Commis Chef is required and proven experience in an a' la carte restaurant or function service is preferredSolid background in kitchen operationsMinimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety certificate, or willing to obtain at onboardingA passion for food and creative flairDemonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labor costs
