This role is crucial in leading the design and development of cutting-edge curriculum and learning content, managing a talented team and collaborating with global SMEs.

o Lead and Innovate: Drive the design and development of engaging learning content.
o Strategic Contribution: Shape the overall curriculum and learning strategy.

o Collaborative Creation: Work with SMEs to research, write, and update learning resources.
o Interactive Design: Design and develop interactive elements and games.
o Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global stakeholders for high-quality content.
o Digital Excellence: Maintain the quality of digital learning content.

o Leadership: Guide a team of learning designers and content writers.
o Compliance and Standards: Ensure content meets RTO training package requirements.

About You
o Post-graduate qualifications in Education, Learning, and/or Training.
o 5+ years’ experience designing and developing digital learning assets and courses.
o 2+ years’ experience leading curriculum or learning design teams.
o High degree of self-motivation.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills.
o Experience with eLearning software including Adobe CC, Articulate Storyline, Powtoon, or equivalent software.
