Engage with key stakeholders on diverse projects, including new product launches and collaborating with marketing and leadership colleagues to design, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies. This dynamic role has the option to be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth. Join us in shaping the future of Upper Extremities marketing excellence.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and actively shape the Global Franchise platform Strategy.Analysis of the Australian market to currently understand opportunity and future potential.Drive the longer-term strategy into annual sales plans to drive field activity, customer engagement and growth.Manage the CAPEX and OPEX mechanisms that drive profitable growth in business.Develop and utilise KPI’s to monitor and improve key commercial and operations processes and performance.Coach and lead the performance and delivery of the sales team, sales managers and product managers.Understand the drivers of profitability and pricing strategy.Contribute to compliance with both corporate and regulatory standards.About YouTo be successful, you will bring an in-depth knowledge of the Australian Orthopaedic market, ideally in Upper Extremities with experience in marketing and sales.
