About the Role
This is a leadership position that requires a professional with excellent people skills, management abilities, and technical expertise. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and volunteers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of employees and volunteers to achieve sales and profitability goals.
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every interaction is positive.
* Embed standards that drive sales and engage the community through effective visual merchandising.
* Maintain a safety-first approach in our stores and promote a culture of safety.
* Plan and manage store performance, including financial management and budgeting.
* Build and support the volunteer workforce and engage with the local community.
Requirements
* Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or customer-facing industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong technical expertise and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
